He is the youngest to win 10 bracelets; also he is also the fastest to win 10 bracelets, only took him 14 years since his first bracelet. He was called by other poker lovers as the best all-around player in the world. He was called in 2002 by the nickname “The Phenom” after winning three World Series of Poker that year. Also “the Tiger Woods of Poker” because of the resemblance with Tiger Woods and also because of the similarity of play style, expecting to win every hand and perform to his greatest ability. He would not need any proof that he is one of the best poker players in the world. In 2017 he was elected into Poker’s Hall of Fame. 

American Philip Dennis Ivey Jr was born on Feb. 1, 1977 in Riverside, California. He started playing poker at the age of 17 while he was working in New Jersey. He started his life in poker while using a fake ID card named Jerome Graham in order to enter the casino to sneak and play in Atlantic City, New Jersey and then getting one of his nicknames “No Home Jerome”. He as Jerome was everyday riding a bus for 2 hours hoping that he could play poker for 2 years.
